The Royal Kuhio Condominiums
The Royal Kuhio are luxurious high rise, thirty eight story condominiums, that can be rented out by vacationers for affordable prices. The units are large with one or two bedroom floor plans, and a penthouse suite. The units come completely furnished with top of the line furniture and designs. The kitchens are spacious and will have everything a family needs to cook great meals. The bedrooms are large with nice comfortable beds, and the living room is very open and spacious, and has a large private veranda with spectacular views of the ocean, Manoa Valley, and Ko’olau mountains from the top floors. The verandas also have tables and chairs to sit on while drinking coffee in the morning.

Swimming Pool
The building has a unique swimming pool that is in the shape of an L. There are lawn chairs spread out where residents can sit out in the sun.
Recreational Deck and Lounge Area
This is a large deck where families can have large barbecues with family and friends. It is a great place to relax and spend time with loved ones. There are plenty of tables and chairs, and a lounging area to relax.
Sun Decks
The sun decks are gorgeous decks where families can sit out on nice lawn chairs and visit, or to relax with a good book.
Sports Area
The sports area offer tennis courts for residents and families to play a game of tennis. The area also has a fitness center, pool tables, shuffle board, and ping-pong tables. There is also a children’s play area.

The building is secure with twenty four hour security, and a large structured parking area that cover seven floors.

The amenities also come with a sauna room where residents can relax for an hour or so. There is also a laundry center with many washers and dryers.

The condominiums are in close proximity to transportation, shopping centers, restaurants, entertainment, and Waikiki Beach. The shopping center in Waikiki have over one hundred shops that vacationers can spend hours shopping for their favorite items. They can eat at some of the finest Italian restaurants, and visit the Kapiolani Park and Zoo, Waikiki Trade Center, or the Fort DeRussey Army Museum.
